In 2016, she started flipping properties and custom building homes building relations with local architects, surveyors, inspectors, city officials and more. She specializes in residential real estate in the Cypress area, but her expertise extends far beyond her own backyard. Rose has been able to successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of the industry and has earned a reputation as a trusted expert. In my case, she had buyers tenants lined up before we even finished taking pictures of my place.
